Office 2019 Preview is ready for Commercial customers.
Microsoft is pleased to announce the Office 2019 Commercial Preview of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, Access, Project, Visio and OneNote for Windows 10 that is the first in a series of preview announcements for the Office 2019 wave, for Mac Office preview of Exchange 2019, SharePoint 2019, Project Server 2019, and Skype for Business 2019. will be released in coming months.
Office 2019 delivers new features to help end users create amazing content in less time. Updates include new and improved inking features across the apps, like
- The roaming pencil case, pressure sensitivity, and tilt effects; .
- Powerful data analysis in Excel, like new formulas, new charts, and Power BI integration; Sophisticated presentation features in PowerPoint, like Morph and Zoom.
- Work more naturally with new and improved inking features like the roaming pencil case, pressure sensitivity, and tilt effects
- New chart types which include funnel charts and 2D maps, help identify insights, trends, and opportunities in the data
- Make more dynamic and exciting presentations with PowerPoint Zoom
Office 2019 also includes new IT value. We introduced Click-to-Run (C2R), a modern deployment technology. With Office 2019, we're moving the perpetual versions of Office to C2R exclusively .The advantages of C2R include predictable monthly security updates, up-to-date apps on installation, reduced network consumption through Windows 10 download optimization technology, and an easy upgrade path to Office 365 ProPlus.
